The DRY CHORIZO Preparation mix is ​​a ready-to-use mixture for making chorizos. 

This mixture contains all the flavors, aromas and additives allowing the manufacture and preservation of chorizo.   Chorizo ​​is a dried and spicy pork sausage originating from Spain and used in many dishes of Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American cuisine.
