Paella spices

A tasty mixture specially developed to flavor your paella. For more authenticity, do not hesitate to add saffron (0.1g / 8 people) previously infused in one or two tablespoons of lukewarm water. Ideally, let your saffron infuse for 24 hours in a glass covered with cling film so that it releases all of its fragrance. Add your infused saffron in the last 10 minutes of cooking because it does not support prolonged cooking.
