Convinced by the nutritional quality of spirulina to settle on the family farm in Touraine. In July 2021 begins the Spiruline Jeannette adventure! Our project is part of a family and ecological dynamic since we thus value the green energies produced by the neighboring methanizer and our waste thus participates in the production of biogas. Spiruline Jeannette is a human-sized farm where we grow our spirulina in greenhouses from April to November. In order to guarantee optimal quality, our spirulina is grown in salt water with Ile de Ré salt. We harvest by hand and dry our spirulina at low temperature (<45°C) to preserve all the nutrients of this superfood!
