Organic Bordeaux porcini mushrooms

The Bordeaux bolete (Boletus Edulis), harvested at maturity in the forests of Caucasian oaks (June), beeches (July-August) and black pines (September-October). What we were able to harvest was what the bear didn't eat. Store in an airtight container (jar, closed bag, etc.) and protected from light at room temperature (max. 25°C).
