Wild garlic

Wild garlic is a wild plant with a garlicky taste, hence its name, but with a more herbaceous touch reminiscent of chives. Dried wild garlic can be cooked like any other aromatic herb, however it does not tolerate prolonged cooking well, so use it at the end of cooking or raw in your preparations. It is used as pesto to flavor pasta, in spring salads, vinaigrettes or marinades. Mixed with melted butter, this will give a sauce rich in flavor, ideal to accompany meat, stir-fried vegetables or fried rice. There are many recipes that use wild garlic, and many Michelin-starred chefs have created signature recipes with this wild plant. Here are a few examples: Wild Garlic and Potato Soup: This recipe, created by chef Jamie Oliver, uses wild garlic and potatoes to create a thick and comforting soup. Wild Garlic Omelette: This recipe, created by Chef Gordon Ramsay, uses finely chopped wild garlic to flavor a simple, yet flavorful omelette. Wild Garlic Chicken: This recipe, created by three-Michelin-starred chef Thomas Keller, uses wild garlic to marinate and flavor grilled chicken. Wild Garlic Fritters: This recipe, created by Alain Ducasse, uses finely chopped wild garlic to make crunchy and flavorful fritters.Origin: Bulgaria
