Provence herbs

A great classic of Provençal cuisine, herbes de Provence are an essential ingredient in dishes from the south of France. This mixture gives a Mediterranean flavor to many dishes: grilled meats, kebabs, baked fish, vegetable tarts, ratatouilles, fresh cheeses, marinades... Herbs of Provence tolerate cooking well (with the exception of savory), however they release much more flavor when added at the end of cooking.Origin: France
