Our Tantan Ramen is based on an intensive chicken broth made from 100% organic chicken and fresh vegetables. Sesame, chilli and fermented soybeans are important ingredients in our Tantan Tare, a traditional spice paste for ramen. It is free from preservatives and flavor enhancers. We recommend fried minced meat and marinated eggs (Ajitsuke Tamago) as toppings. Our vegan miso ramen is based on a Japanese vegetable broth. Fermented soybeans and ginger are two important ingredients in our Miso Tare, a traditional spice paste for ramen. It is free from preservatives and flavor enhancers. Miso ramen is the most traditional and popular variant of ramen. We recommend fresh vegetables and tofu as toppings. Our vegan TADA ramen noodle nests are a perfect complement to our miso and tantan ramen. We achieve a long shelf life for the noodles through drying, as opposed to deep-frying, as is common practice with many well-known instant noodle manufacturers. Of course, we do not use any flavor enhancers or preservatives for our ramen noodles either.
