Tare Shoyu à l'Ail Noir vegan 250ml

The garlic for our Black Garlic Shoyu Tare ferments for weeks until it finally turns its typical black color and becomes a wonderfully aromatic fusion with soy sauce, caramelized ginger and chili. Then it is stirred gently and for a long time until all the aromas and flavors have passed into the sesame oil and then heated to a maximum of 50 degrees. The Black Garlic Shoyu Tare not only spices things up, but actually determines the character of your ramen broth. A little bonus tip from Jörg: For ramen, simply put soft-boiled eggs in the tare overnight - a treat! - Cooked at a maximum of 50 degrees - Produced and bottled by hand - CO2 neutral shipping Can be kept for at least 6 months from delivery. Storage dry and protected from light at room temperature. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3 days.
