Yamaroku Shoyu "Tsuru Bishio" is one of the best soy sauces in the world and is one of the few soy sauces still traditionally made in cedar wood barrels. Brewed using ancient methods and aged for 4 years in cedar barrels, it reveals an incredible umami aroma. This is what soy sauce should really taste like!
