Ramen Tantan

Our Tantan Ramen is based on an intensive chicken broth made from 100% organic chicken and fresh vegetables. Sesame, chilli and fermented soybeans are important ingredients in our Tantan Tare, a traditional spice paste for ramen. It is free from preservatives and flavor enhancers. We recommend fried minced meat and marinated eggs (Ajitsuke Tamago) as toppings. You can find our ramen noodles here in the shop.
