Our beautiful Harissa blend is rich, warming spice with a North African spicy kick! Often seen as a paste, you need to use the whole jar in a week or so of opening. With ours, make a paste with a drizzle of oil or yoghurt and 2 tsp of the rub, but leave the rest in the pot and it'll last around two years. It's also much easier to throw a pinch over roast veg. It's an incredible marinade for lamb, chicken or roast vegetables. Stir in 2 tsp of the rub into natural yoghurt for a fab dip, or add to a splash of oil, honey lemon juice for a dressing for halloumi or salads.
