Puer shu tea (cooked) mini tuocha 2012 - 250 g

Puer Shu Mini Tuo Cha 2012, made from ancient tea trees, uses the Shu Cha or cooked method of production, whereby the puer undergoes an additional oxidation step which accelerates the aging process and improves the taste over time. 

The taste is full of a high, deep ripe aroma, with a soft and smooth liquid. 

The longer it is stored, the better the aroma and taste will become. 

Each Mini Tuo Cha is individually wrapped in 5-6g and is perfect for a small teapot, or can be crumbled apart to fit into a single serving.   Place of Origin: Manen Village, Menghai, Yunnan Province of China.   Aged Puer tea is created by secondary oxidation and post-fermentation. 

This type of Puer tea is referred to as matured, or cooked, which has a rich, smooth, earthy flavor.
