Fresh Anji Bai Cha Green Tea - 50 g

Anji Bai Cha Green Tea is a Chinese green tea from the famous Zhejiang region. 

Dwelling a moment more on the name of this tea we can see that inside it is the particle bai which means white. 

This word does not want to confuse us about the type of tea we are drinking but instead wants to tell us about its origins. 

Anji Bai Cha green tea, in fact, has the particularity of coming from a cultivar, the Bai Ye Yin Hao, with characteristics such as to be defined as a white variety of camellia. 

These types of plants are more suitable for obtaining white tea but, in the past, the green tea-like processing of these camellias in Zhejiang affected consumers so much that we still find Anji Bai Cha in production today. 

The tea made from the raw materials of Bai Ye Yi Hao, collected in the bleaching stage, has an unusual chemical composition.
