Spumante ORGANIC Pecorino - Ciu Ciu

Spumante from the 100% authentic Pecorino grape. This sparkling wine has a warm straw yellow color with greenish shadows. A long lasting, firm bubble. Fragrant notes with lime, grass and blossom. In the taste you will find fresh, juicy citrus fruit, fresh almond and notes of yeast and toasted bread. The spumante is made according to the Charmat method, in which the wine matures for six months during the second fermentation to refine.
