Nero D'Avola DOC Paolini ORGANIC

The Nero d'Avola DOC Bio from the Paolini cellars is a rather structured wine, with an intense red color, with a medium, soft and enveloping tannin. It expresses the aroma of red and black berries, white pepper and has a herbaceous and earthy aftertaste. This wine is entirely produced from Sicilian grapes from the Trapani area, which are grown following the most rigorous organic criteria.
