Classic Matcha 1kg - loose

Classic Matcha is ideal for giving a green color and a vegetal flavor to your sweet and savory preparations, as well as in mixed drinks (cocktails, lattes, etc.)). It is produced in southern Japan, in Kirishima (Kagoshima). Matcha is a green tea made from the leaves of shaded tea plants (the tea plants have been placed in the shade for 15-21 days to force the leaves to produce a lot of chlorophyll). It is then ground into powder using a stone mill so as not to heat the fine powder like flour. It therefore incorporates very well into the dry elements of a recipe, or in a whipped emulsion. If it must be heated, do not exceed 60°C to avoid bitterness. Be creative! Ice creams, cakes, smoothies... Packaged in 1kg bags.
