The dark red to black Stevnsbaer cherry is more than a hundred years old, has its origin in Denmark and is therefore also called "the grape of the north". The extremely strong aroma of the sour cherry gives our distillate a great nose, which unfolds in the mouth with a taste of high aromatic intensity and is an excellent match for sweet desserts.
