Pure Edebrand of fully ripe Morello cherries of the vintage - a rarity among cherry brandies. The hand-picked fruits are first gently macerated. The mash consists of your cherry pieces, the cherry stones and the cherry juice that flows out. The cherry stones provide the delicate aromas of bitter almonds and marzipan later in the brandy.
