Théophile's Herbarium - Small white dry thistle - submerged plant

WELL-BEING (n.m.) : Epleasant state resulting from satisfying the needs of the body and calming the mind.   Synonyms: happiness, bliss, tranquility.   Beyond aesthetics, it is the search for appeasement and the quest for harmony that prompted the Théophile Berthon brand to offer you its new collection of natural and unique bottled plants: L’Herbarium de Théophile.   The reflection of our emotions, of our psychological well-being, play a primordial role in our health and therefore in our beauty.

Indeed, well-being is not limited to body care but it also depends on our state of mind. Contemplate with serenity, let go and let your emotions speak...   For an inspiring and original interior decoration, collect our natural plants preserved in their apothecary bottle.   These little pieces of nature captured in a lovely vial are also a truly unique gift to offer to people you care about, fans of well-being, plants and minimalist design.   Each plant is carefully selected and inserted by hand into its bottle.

Different formats and plant species are available.   These unique models made in our workshops in the South of France are inspired by the traditional herbarium method. Thanks to our preservation liquid in which the premium plants are then immersed, these plants are preserved long-lasting and maintenance-free. Product Description In the language of flowers, the thistle symbolizes austerity.   Emblem of Scotland (precisely an onopordon, the donkey thistle) In the Basque Country, the wild thistle is called the “Flower of the Sun”: eguzki lore (pronounced “éguski lore”) because it is considered a solar representation and, as such, a favorable symbol.   The other popular name for this plant, sorgineko belar (pronounced “sorguiniéko bélar”) (“witch's herb”), reminds us that the witch, sorgin (pronounced “sorguin(e)”) cannot look the sun in the face. .

Therefore, the representation of the solar star, the thistle, is likely to protect homes from evil attempts.   Thistles contain phosphorus and need it for their development.

The name “phosphorus” comes from the Greek and means “bearer of light”.

It would evoke the planet Venus.

This origin would be attributed to the fact that white phosphorus emits light when exposed to air.

It’s the same origin as “phosphorescent”!   Please note, although White Thistle Herbarium is reactive to ultraviolet (UV) light, it is not phosphorescent.

It is normal in color in daylight (although the preservative liquid is bluish) and the blue color glows under black light (UV).

We do not guarantee the effectiveness of this natural reaction to ultraviolet light.   Finding the ideal location for your Herbarium will be child's play. At its simplest, look for where the light exposure will be strong to make the liquid around it shine, on dark furniture to bring out the magnificent shades of the leaves.   Enhance your interior with soothing, natural and bright ambiances, for a decoration that suits you. Immersed, as if in weightlessness, in its preservation liquid and presented in an elegant bottle, it invites contemplation and letting go, to provide you with serenity and calm. Decorating tips A practical and inexpensive way to decorate your interior!   Be careful, as the plant is white, the rendering of the Herbarium will not be ideal in front of a white wall... Therefore favor a wooden or stone background and suitable lighting.   Timeless and elegant, white lends itself to all interior styles, whether minimalist, classic, Zen, designer, romantic or even Scandinavian. White harmonizes wonderfully with all materials such as wood, concrete and all natural materials which it enhances and with which it describes fresh, urban or refined atmospheres.

In short, white can be used endlessly to bring freshness and serenity to your interior and allows all the freedoms depending on the style of interior decoration you want.   Without the need for direct sunlight and without maintenance, Théophile's Herbarium brings a touch of greenery and softness to your interior decoration.   Highlighted by the light of a lamp, a mirror, or other decorative objects, these bottled plants fit anywhere whatever the room chosen and the style of your decoration.

The bottles complement each other and mix as you wish. Customer benefits If you have difficulty with gardening, or you don't have the time to take care of it, Théophile's Herbarium is the solution!   No rooting, watering, repotting, flowering, potting soil or fertilizer; you just have to relax and enjoy this moment of nature in your home.   Thanks to the transparency of the glass, and its "magnifying glass" effect, you will be able to contemplate the smallest details, berries, peduncles, flowers and leaves.

These Herbariums are a new way to enjoy plants at home.   The beauty of this product also lies in the fact that each plant is different and unique.   Théophile's Herbariums will make original gift ideas for lovers of nature and refined design.
