This precision is guaranteed for life, thanks to advanced electronic instruments. The ThermaLite ® 2 incorporates CalCheck and Hold functions, Both models include a °C / °F function. These thermometers weigh only 45 grams, battery included, and feature a clear, easy to read LCD display with an open circuit “Err” and low battery indication. The ThermaLite's Auto Power Off feature automatically turns the instrument off after 10 minutes, maximizing battery life. The Thermalite ® thermometer is housed in a high impact ABS plastic housing that includes Biomaster antimicrobial technology which reduces bacterial growth and is ideal for everyday food and catering applications.
