Polenta & Mediterranean Herbs, ready-to-cook Italian corn meal with seasoning - 3 servings

Our range is 100% natural and free from: - chemicals, - added sugar, - added fats (except olive oil), - animal derivatives (so they are vegan!) We use just fresh vegetables carefully selected and minimally processed to create meals both authentically Italian and easy-to-prepare. Serving: 3 Cooking time: 7/9 minutes DIRECTIONS: bring boil 1 liter of water and 4 tbsp olive oil or butter in a large skillet. Just before the water will start boiling, gradually stir in the pot the content of the package. Let it simmer while continuously stirring for 9 minutes or until the Polenta will have reached the desired doneness. SUGGESTIONS: before serving add 80g of butter and 100g of diced Asiago cheese. WINE PAIRING: Red, medium body wines.
