The traditional recipe for this Piedmontese appetizer derives from the ancient habit of preserving vegetables at the end of summer for the winter period. 

Better known as grandma's appetizer, this product is one of those that should never be missing from our pantries as all the goodness of the vegetables is closed in a glass jar and available all year round. 

The tomato pulp is added to the freshly harvested vegetables, washed and cut into cubes, respecting their cooking order. Tuna and porcini mushrooms create an extraordinary symphony combined with vegetables.
