It is a concentrate of Langhe products, an ancient recipe typical of the Piedmontese Langhe in which a cream is prepared using multiple seasonal fruits flavored with grape must. Excellent to savor with canapés or to pair with pork fillet, goat's cheese with pepper or in duck and pheasant fillings as well as to be enjoyed with cheeses such as castelmagno and pecorino.
