The name of this product derives from the Castelmagno cheese which is produced from whole cow's milk from Piedmontese breed cattle fed on fresh fodder or hay from mixed meadows or pastures. Of particular value is the cheese obtained from farms located in Castelmagno (CN). Starting from this pearl, the king of the Langhe, the white truffle, is added, which gives an unmistakable taste to this cream. Excellent on toasted bread and bruschetta for tasty aperitifs and excellent in combination with risottos and first courses.
