Our tasty truffle cream is a specialty based on cultivated mushrooms and summer truffles, precious gems of our Langhe land. 

With a brown color and the right viscosity, this ready-to-use cream is a product suitable as a base for all truffle-based dishes, such as bruschetta, on a slice of hot bread to make your aperitifs appetizing or spread on omelettes, pizzas or focaccia. ANDideal for seasoning first courses such as tagliolini or tagliatelle, but also risottos, meat and fish dishes.
