Castelmagno is produced from whole cow's milk from Piedmontese breed cattle fed on fresh fodder or hay from mixed meadows or pastures. The cheese obtained from farms located in Castelmagno (CN) is considered of particular value. Starting from this pearl, with the sole addition of cream, we offer a product ready to be used, bringing all the flavor of Castelmagno to the table. Excellent in combination with risottos and pasta in general, both egg and stuffed.
