A masterpiece of Italian dairy craftsmanship, Parmigiano Reggiano Collezione represents excellence and tradition, the fruit of the mastery of the Latteria Sociale Gonfo of Mantua. Located in the heart of the Po Valley, this historic dairy combines the wisdom passed down through generations with a passion for quality, creating a unique and authentic product. This fine DOP hard cheese is made exclusively with raw, partially skimmed cow's milk, collected from selected farms in certified areas: Reggio Emilia, Modena, Parma, Bologna (left bank of the Reno) and Mantua (right bank of the Po). Latteria Sociale Gonfo strictly follows the specifications of Parmigiano Reggiano, preserving traditional recipes and artisanal methods without the addition of additives. Unique Features Quality and Tradition: Each shape, weighing 30-40 kg, is the result of a meticulous and sustainable process. To produce a single form of Parmigiano Reggiano, approximately 550 litres of milk are needed, underlining the attention and dedication behind each piece. Distinctive Flavor: Parmigiano Reggiano Collezione offers a rich and complex flavor, with notes of fresh milk, butter and a hint of hazelnut, which intensify with aging.
