Our "Vero Caprino" stands out for the exclusive use of goat's milk, for a more intense and characteristic flavour. Rich in live lactic ferments and proteins with high biological value, "Vero Caprino" is obtained through natural and spontaneous lactic coagulation. The action of lactic ferments transforms lactose into lactic acid, making this cheese light and easily digestible, also ideal for those with particular dietary needs.
