Caciocavallo Calabrese Oro delle Muse is a cheese that literally melts in your mouth, thanks also to the thin edible rind. 

Good to eat on fresh bread or in general. 

Fantastic toasted and eaten hot on a slice of homemade bread. ANDa short-mature stretched curd cheese, it is usually ready after about 30 days of maturing thanks also to its small size.   APPEARANCE: caciocavallo has a smooth surface, yellow in colour, with a rather firm skin. 

It has a characteristic rounded shape with a narrowing that shapes a small head. 

Internally it is light yellow, without holes.   CONSISTENCY: compact and slightly elastic.   TASTE: intense, slightly spicy if aged for longer.   SMELL: it has a more or less accentuated aromatic intensity depending on the seasoning It pairs well with full-bodied red wines and gives your table that touch of tradition that few products can give it!   Stretched curd cheese. 

Ingredients: cow's milk, salt, rennet and lactic ferments. 

Without preservatives or colourants.   Original weight 700 gr.
