Risotto "Ortolana" with Vegetables, ready-to-cook Italian risotto with seasoning - 3 servings

Tiberino's risotto "Ortolana" is made with Italian premium rice, zucchini, bell pepper, eggplant and other fresh vegetables naturally dry. It's the perfect solution for when you're craving tasty Italian meal but don't have the time to make it. It's 100% natural and cooks in 16/18 minutes. No extra ingredients needed! Our range is 100% natural and free from: - chemicals, - added sugar, - added fats (except olive oil), - animal derivatives (so they are vegan!) We use just fresh vegetables carefully selected and minimally processed to create meals both authentically Italian and easy-to-prepare. Serving: 3 Cooking time: 16/18 minutes DIRECTIONS: bring to boil 700 ml of water and 2 or more tbsp in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Stir in the content of the package, cover and cook on medium heat for 16 minutes. Remove the lid and keep cooking UNTIL MOST OF THE WATER HAS BEEN ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE IS CREAMY. Season to taste and drizzle with olive oil. Add optional 1 knob of butter and grated cheese before serving. SUGGESTIONS: cook like a classic risotto adding the water a little at a time. Add chopped salami or speck and some pine nuts before completing cooking. WINE PAIRING: Red, light body wines.
