
Extra virgin olive oil 100% manzanilla cacereña variety, made with early harvest olives, when the olives are still green, to offer their natural richness and maximum expression in aroma and flavor. This oil is made by Lagar La Pizarra, in Trujillo (Cáceres), on an old property belonging to the family of the discoverer Pizarro. The orographic characteristics of this enclave soften the high temperatures of Cáceres summers, making it an ideal place for the production of oil of the Cáceres manzanilla variety. For the elaboration of 1 liter of EVOO, 10 kg of manzanilla cacereña olives have been used, obtained directly from olives and by means of mechanical procedures with first cold extraction. Artisanal production process and limited production
