American monkfish

In this recipe, the monkfish is cooked with a slightly spicy American sauce (tomatoes, vegetables and white wine). To be eaten hot (3 minutes closed jar in the microwave or pour the contents into a saucepan and heat over low heat). Store at room temperature before opening. MDD: 2 years.
