Flavor Notes: This richly fruity-flavored bar is made from Trinitario cacao, grown on fertile soil of Tupi at the foot of Mount Matutum in southern Philippines. Flavors are of raisins, red wine, candied orange and mango. Auro's 70% limited edition chocolates lets you taste the complex flavor notes of the finest cacao beans, hand-sorted from a one year's harvest from very specific farms, hence "single-estate".
