VINIFICATION Made from a selection of Colombard and Sauvignon grapes, harvested at early maturity, then vinified using a method that extracts the best from the fruit. SERVING TEMPERATURE 8°C. TASTING NOTES Light color with crystalline reflections. Complex nose of small white-fleshed fruits, green apple and citrus fruits. Delicate, lively and aromatic mouth.
