Our terrine is made in an artisanal way from the meat of wild deer living in the vast French territories. This noble and tender meat brings a delicate and refined flavor to each bite. Figs, carefully selected, add a natural sweetness to the terrine. Their soft texture and sweet aromas enhance wild deer meat, creating an exquisite combination of flavors. As for the green pepper, picked at maturity before the stage of complete maturity, brings a slightly spicy note and a subtle freshness to the terrine.
