Mechanical harvest, early in the morning. Direct pressing. Clearing 4 to 5 days later. Thermo-regulated vinification between 15°C and 17°C. Racking, yeasting. HVE 3 –SME Certification of Bordeaux Wine In Conversion to Organic Farming, Year 3 ECOCERT Soil: clayey. Degrees: 12.5%. Grape varieties: Merlot 50% and Cabernet Franc 50%. Tasting notes: pale and bright color. Aromas of red fruit, strawberry, raspberry, citrus notes. The palate is ample and supple highlighted by a beautiful freshness. Ideal to accompany your salads and cold meats and/or as an aperitif served at 8°C.
