The Grandjean, on the other hand, has more character with a marked taste of nuts coupled with a slight hint of bitterness. HOW TO CONSUME IT: As is, as a snack. In mueslis, cereals or dairy products. As an aperitif, plain, alone or accompanied (almond, hazelnut, macadamia, grape, apricot or other dried fruit…), in canapés or petit fours. In salads (carrots / endive, lamb's lettuce or arugula / goat's cheese, Roquefort or gorgonzola / fig / drizzle of walnut oil and raspberry vinegar).
