CERTIFIED ORGANIC SUITABLE FOR BULK SALE This whole sugar, originating in South America, is obtained by pressing sugar cane then by evaporating the water, before being grated (hence its name). Originally from Costa Rica, Rapadura VIJAYA cane sugar is unrefined and has an irregular grain size. Its high molasses content gives it this dark brown color and this slightly caramelized scent. It awakens the taste buds and offers intense taste pleasures. However, it should not be abused and consumed in moderation. HOW TO CONSUME IT: At breakfast, in mueslis, cereals, dairy products (yogurt, fromage blanc...). Ideal for desserts and pastries, to make caramel, almond pralines, jams, jellies, syrups...
