Cave Bruneau Dupuy Saint Nicolas organic tradition cuvée 2021

This organic AOC Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil "Tradition" wine from the Bruneau Dupuy cellar is a 100% Cabernet Franc red. This wine is adorned with a beautiful ruby color. Rich and tender, its fresh nose releases aromas of red fruits such as redcurrant and blackcurrant. On the palate, its attack is frank and ends on a good length. Both supple and balanced, this cuvée will express itself fully accompanied by charcuterie, fish, cheese or even white meat. Note that the Bruneau Dupuy cellar is rated 1 star in the Bettane and Desseauve Guide, which means that the production is serious, recommendable and in line with what we are entitled to expect from its appellation. In conversion to organic farming since 2012, the vineyard planted with Cabernet Franc is located on an exceptional terroir, its hillsides enjoying optimal southern exposure. This cuvée comes from vines between 10 and 40 years old.
