100% Cinsault, this Petit Balthazar rosé reveals a beautiful pink/grey color highlighted by a few bluish reflections. On the nose, its aromas reveal flavors of sour cherries, strawberries, fresh herbs and some orange zest. On the palate, this rosé, both fresh and vibrant, reveals notes of berries and flowers. Its finish is slightly mineral. It is ready to drink and should be consumed preferably between 7 and 8°C.
