Pastry notes intermingling with aromas of exotic fruits and the delicate presence of the bourbon cask. The palate: Very greedy and generous. Notes of nuts as well as hints of honey but also spicy with cinnamon. The finish is long in the mouth and marked by pastry notes! It is an exceptional and extremely rare cuvée since it is the last drawn from the Blair column which caught fire in 2000.
