This Jamaican molasses rum, produced by the Clarendon distillery, was initially aged for five years in a tropical climate in old bourbon barrels.  It then aged for five years in a continental climate in ex-Cognac Ferrand barrels, eventually benefiting from an additional 12 months in a Calvados barrel.
