TASTING NOTES Nose Cocoa, cocoa, again and again! Fresh cocoa, lightly roasted, delicious, chocolatey, almost caffeinated. A gourmet cappuccino, accompanied by its freshly baked speculoos, a caramelized cannelé... indulgence to the fullest! Mouth The palate continues its path of indulgence with notes of intense dark chocolate, a light toasted, charcoal taste. The 55% are superbly integrated, rekindling the pastry flame of this Venezuela. Final The finish continues with more expressive notes, of very ripe yellow fruits, with a Jamaican side without their esters. The bitterness of the dark beer is gently revealed to enhance this delicacy one last time with spices.
