A very harmonious winter soup recipe, created by chef Stéphanie Bottreau and cooked at the Atelier des Maraîchers in Bergerac. The sweetness of this organic velouté is counterbalanced by the warm notes of ginger and wild pepper from Madagascar, combined with the slight bitterness of lovage.
