Nothing could be easier to pair than this cuvée. You can serve it at 16° just like Red Trilogy, which will allow you to attack the aperitif in softness and pass without problem on grilled meats or a good tartare of beef (our indulgence). Of course cold meats and cheeses will be welcome at the Appointment table. A simple and uncomplicated wine! Alcohol content: 14%
