Wild aromas-2020 (IGP Pays d'Oc)

At first glance, the label springs forth... pepper, very ripe and crushed black fruit, thyme, fennel, grilled pine nuts. A slightly musky scent reminds us… "Wild Flavors". Finally in the mouth what a surprise! the attack is smooth and fleshy. No, it's not heavy, the tannins are still young but full of future. Dark chocolate, mocha and empyreumatic aromas of graphite and spices contribute to the pleasures of the senses. Decant widely to open up this wine full of promise and admirably out of the ordinary. Wine which can be forgotten for 5 to 7 years in good conditions of aging. Alcohol content: 14.5%
