AOP Côtes-du-Roussillon Villages, CARAMANY, differentiated aging for 6 months in wine vats, old Carignan and Syrah, then blending and bottling. An altitude wine (#400m), intense black cherry color, limpid and brilliant with purple iridescence on the edges of the disc. First expressive nose that develops on notes of small black fruits combined with a fresh touch of peppermint. Dynamic mouth that invades the palate with well-integrated silky tannins, light touch of shortbread. 2nd part of juicy and velvety mouthfeel with aromatic persistence on notes of garrigue and liquorice, gourmet finish on peppery notes.
