Altitude Syrah - Domaine Coudoulet - 2023

This Syrah flourishes at 300m altitude, above the village of Cesseras in the hamlet of Fauzan. The geology of this plot differs from the rest of the estate, with limestone soil. The spot is superb, with a view of the Pyrenees and, in very good weather, the Mediterranean. Vinification is traditional in stainless steel vats, we seek to extract the purest possible fruit and very supple tannins. A fleshy juice, with a nice concentration without heaviness. A digestible wine, perfectly drinkable, with an almost black color, a velvety texture, and incredible blackcurrant notes. 13% ALC by VOL / IGP Pays d’OC / 100% Syrah from ALTITUDE
