Aperitif, grilled meats and cheeses... for example: The trilogy cuvée served at 16° will go wonderfully with charcuterie from the aperitif. Served between 18 and 20° it will go perfectly with grilled meats such as prime rib, rib steak, flank steak, skewers and Toulouse sausage, but also more refined dishes such as duck with mushrooms, rabbit with turnips, pigeon with grapes or chicken fricassee. The fans red wine will find their happiness with fish and white meats. Also taste Trilogie on all kinds of cheeses! But the pinnacle remains a good big beef tartare (our indulgence)!
