Organic spelled spaghetti

These noodles consist exclusively of organic spelled semolina and water, were allowed to air-dry for over 48 hours and were then lovingly hand-packed. The air drying ensures that the aroma of the fine, nutty taste of the spelled and the full egg taste are retained as best as possible.
